1 - All prices are FOB our warehouse. See shipping charges below.

3 - All prices on this website and in our catalog are based on conditions prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Prices are those at time of shipping.

4 - It is an exception when we cannot make immediate shipment - but it does happen. Normal processing may take up to 7-10 business days depending on season. Normal shipping may take 7-10 business days to arrive once your order ships. On occasions, we must await a new factory shipment of stock. Also, we cannot guarantee the time required for mail service truck service on freight shipments to your city. Therefore, we do stress that you advise us of your need date and that you place orders early - 2 to 3 weeks before needed. If possible, allow thirty days for delivery so that we can comply with your requirements.

5 - Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.

6 - Customers can order online with a VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER card. An order can also be mailed in to us with a check or money order.

TAXES:

In CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MO, NC, NJ, PA, SD, and TX, we collect sales tax. If you are tax exempt and are in any of these states, you must have a copy of the tax exemption faxed or mailed with your first order.

This schedule is for U.S. TOY Magic items only and does not apply to Constructive Playthings or U.S. Toy Novelty.

The FREE SHIPPING for orders of $200.01 or more from the U.S. TOY Magic division applies to orders shipped to a single location in the Continental U.S. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and FPO/APO are excluded. Items shipped freight free will go regular ground UPS.

TWO DAY AND OVERNIGHT DELIVERY:

We will ship two day and overnight if you can provide us with your own FedEx, DHL, Airborne, etc., account number and have the freight billed, to your account. Orders must be phoned in by 10:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time) for this service. DO NOT ORDER TWO DAY OR OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS ON-LINE. TWO DAY OR OVERNIGHT ORDERS MUST BE PHONED IN.
