1.	If you have never shopped at US Toys' online store before, you will be registered during the checkout process. If you know the item number of an item that you wish to order and prefer not to browse the catalog you can click on 'E-Z Order Blank' and enter items directly into your shopping cart for checkout. If you prefer to browse the catalog select a category from the menu along the left side of the screen.
2.	When you find a product that you are interested in, you can either click on the image or name of the item to see the detail about the product, or click on 'Add' to directly add it to your shopping cart. If you choose to view the product and you wish to buy, click on the 'Add to Cart' button and it will be added to your shopping basket. If you choose not to buy the product, click on the back button and you will be returned to the category listing page. While you are in the shopping cart, you may change the quantity of any of the items by changing the number in the text box and clicking on 'Update My Cart'. If you wish to remove an item, just click on the 'Remove Item' button corresponding to the item you wish to remove.
3.	Repeat the previous steps until you have found all the items you wish to purchase.
4.	When you are ready to checkout click on the CHECKOUT button from your shopping cart. On the checkout page complete the billing information requested on the left half of the page. You will need to enter an email address and password to register your information with our website. We use the email address as your login ID. If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, check the box and the information will be filled in automatically. Once you have filled in the necessary information click on PROCEED WITH CHECKOUT and you will be taken to the payment page.
5.	On the payment page you will need to enter your credit card information. We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards through our online store. If you desire to use a check or money order you will have to mail your order in see OFF LINE ORDERING for mailing address and to print an order form. Once you have entered your payment information click on CHECKOUT and you will be taken to a review page.
6.	The review page is the last opportunity to be able to go back and change anything. Please look over your order carefully once you click the SUBMIT button the order will process and cannot be changed. If everything looks good with your order click on the SUBMIT button. Your order will process, your shopping cart will empty and you will get an on screen confirmation.
7.	When the order confirmation appears, be sure to write down your receipt number because this is how your order will be referenced from now on. An automatic e-mail copy of your receipt will be sent to you at the same time. If you are using a spam filtering service or software be sure to allow emails from AUTOREPLY@USTOYCO.COM to pass through your filter or you will not get the email confirmation. However, we recommend you also print your web page receipt for your records. If you loose your number or receipt you can find your order information in your ORDER HISTORY area the link is within the footer of most webpages. If your order history is not visible ensure you are logged into our website. If you clicked on submit order and you did not get an onscreen confirmation check your shopping cart to see if it emptied. If the shopping cart is still full your order did not process and you will need to resubmit the order. Please DO NOT FAX or mail your order in, this will cause a duplicate order to be processed.
