In the event that the cookie that we placed on your computer has been deleted or you want to place an order from a different computer you will need to know your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password you can have the password email to the registered email address two ways. During the checkout process fill out the bill to and ship to information like before and enter what you believe the password might be. If correct the checkout process will log you in. If incorrect you will be prompted to have the password emailed to you. If the email address is different then a new account will be set up for you. The other method is to click on the login link in the header. You will be taken to a page to login if you know your email address and password you can login, if not you can fill in the I forgot my password email address field and click on I forgot my password. The password will be emailed to you. In either case if you are using a email Spam filtering software or your email service is filtering emails for you then you will need to ensure that autoreply@ustoyco.com is set to pass through the filter. This is especially a concern with "AOL" customers, AOL's default setting is to block all emails coming from autoreply addresses. You will need to set autoreply@ustoyco.com to pass through the filter. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes you can send an email to webmaster@ustoyco.com between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM CST Monday through Friday and we will look your password up and send it back to the registered email address.
