  Please be careful in your selection of items from this website. The intrinsic value of any magical effect is in the working and secrets. Therefore, we cannot exchange or refund money on tricks or books for any reason other than defect in workmanship. Refund of money will be at our discretion due to defect in workmanship and unavailability of a suitable replacement. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-832-0224 for a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number and procedures. An RMA number is required to get credit for the return. Additional information on returning an item is provided on the back of the shipping invoice. All returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of shipment.
